As part of the rehabilitation of three families affected by the flood in Hakaluki Haor Par of Barlekh, the ‘We are with the flood victims’ organization consisting of people from all walks of life has distributed house construction materials.

On Tuesday, October 8, at 3pm, former upazila vice chairman Md.Abidur Rahman Abid, a teacher of Barlekha Degree College, Ahmed Limon, a journalist, Mohammad Mostafa Uddin, founder president of ‘Team for Covid Death’, Md.Shahab Uddin, Scouter Ahmed Rahim, Businessman Shadman Saeed Farabi are the main ones.

On behalf of the flood victims, Ahmed Limon said that many families of Haor Par of Barlekha upazila were affected by the devastating flood of 24. To stand beside them, we formed one with the flood victims along with the general public of all levels of Barlekha upazila. We have distributed cash to 45 families for rehabilitation in 3 phases and wave tins to 3 families today. We thank the US expatriate Tufail Ahmed, expatriates Rezaul Islam, Afzal Ahmed and Tarek Ahmed, as well as the country’s financiers who have provided financial support to our activities.
