Monthly Welfare Meeting of District Police was held at Moulvibazar Police Lines Drill Shed. On Thursday, June 6, the welfare meeting was presided over by District Superintendent of Police Md. Manjur Rahman BPM, PPM (Bar).

The Superintendent of Police periodically listened to the advantages and disadvantages of various ranks of officers and forces present in the welfare meeting and assured to take appropriate measures to solve them. He then gave various directives to the officers and forces present. The welfare meeting was conducted by Dipankar Ghosh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kulaura Circle, Moulvibazar.

At the end of the monthly welfare meeting, the police superintendent handed over awards to those who received awards in various subjects in the performance evaluation of the month of May/2024.

The awardees are:

Best Officer-in-Charge, Srimangal Police Station Vinay Bhushan Roy. Best SI Subrata Chandra Das, SI (Retd) Srimangal Police Station. Best Sergeant: Mostafizur Rahman, Sergeant, Sadar Traffic, Moulvibazar. Best CSI Krishna Kamal Bhowmick, SI (Retd), Sadar Court. Best Warrant Officer Nazmul Hossain, ASI (Retd), Srimangal Police Station. Shrestha GRO Md. Kabir Hossain, ASI (Retd), Srimangal Court.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Admin & Finance) Sudarshan Kumar Roy (promoted as Superintendent of Police), Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB) Mohsin, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime & Ops) Mohammad SaroR Alam, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) were also present. Md. Ajmal Hossain, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Srimangal Circle) Anisur Rahman, in-charges of all police stations and units of the district and other officers and employees.
