The online application process for the 46th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination started on Sunday. The BCS online application process, which began at 10 am, will continue until January 31 at 6 pm.
Interested and eligible candidates can complete the registration process by filling the application form (BPSC Form-1) online through the website and submitting the prescribed document fee.
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) specified that the applicants must pay exam fees within 72 hours of filling in the forms online.
There will be no opportunity to correct any mistake in the applicant’s copy after submission of fee.
As per the notification, candidates applying for this position must fall within the age range of 21 to 30 years. Those born between November 2, 1993, and November 2, 2002, are eligible to apply.
However, individuals who are children of freedom fighters, physically challenged candidates, and BCS health cadre candidates have a maximum age limit of 32 years.
The Public Service Commission (PSC) published the notification of the 46th BCS on November 30.
According to the notification of the 43rd BCS, 3,140 officers will be recruited in different cadres in this BCS. Of the posts, 1,682 are for assistant surgeon, 16 for assistant dental surgeon, 920 for education, 274 for administration, 10 for foreign affairs, 80 for police, 14 for Ansar, 49 for family planning, 26 for fisheries, and 65 for public works cadres.
