Police Super Gold Cup T20 Cricket Tournament has been inaugurated at Moulvibazar District Stadium.

Deputy Commissioner Mir Nahid Ahsan announced the opening of the game by flying pigeons and balloons as symbols of peace with the guests on Wednesday, 1st March.

On the other hand, additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Prabhanshu Som Mohan presided over the inaugural function and Deputy Commissioner Mir Nahid Ahsan was present as the chief guest.

Moreover, Md Michabahur Rahman, General Secretary of the District Sports Association and Chairman of Zilla Parishad gave a welcome speech at the beginning of the program.

Superintendent of Police Mohammad Jakaria said that “DIG Shah Mizan Shafiur Rahman BPM (Bar), PPM-Seba, who has just joined the Sylhet range, will be present as the chief guest in the final game of the tournament on March 4.”
