The anti-discrimination student movement performed funeral prayers of lawyer Saiful Islam Alif, who was hacked to death in the court premises in Chittagong, in Moulvibazar.

On Wednesday (November 27), Gaybana Janaza prayers were held at Paschim Bazar Jame Masjid in Bad Johar. Maulana Shah Mustaqeem Ali, Literary Secretary of the city branch of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir, presided over it.Representatives of anti-discrimination student movement Suman Bhuiyan, Zakaria Emon and others were present.

Government High School Principal Abul Ala Mawdud and students of various educational institutions spoke before the funeral.
