Police recovered the body of Maksud Ahmed Shamim, 50, from the second floor of Razzak Building near Life Line Hospital in Moulvibazar.

The body was recovered on Tuesday, October 22.

The deceased is Mofazzel Hossain, son of Abdul Jabbar of the village.

Pabitra Sekhar Das, sub-inspector of Moulvibazar Model Police Station, confirmed the matter. Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Meherpur Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.

The bodies were sent to Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.

The SI further said that it was not a suicide but a murder.
