Mahbubur Rahman Manna, former general secretary of Moulvibazar’s Kulaura Upazila Chhatra League and former member of Zilla Parishad, has been arrested by the police.

He was arrested from a residence in Srimangal town on Tuesday (September 24) morning.

Moulvibazar District Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Mohsin Moulibazar confirmed the matter to 24.com.

He said that Manna was arrested from a house in Srimangal city in the morning with the help of Srimangal Thana Police on the basis of secret information. There is a case against him under the Explosives Act.
