Positive Srimangal, a local social organization, organized an exceptional program titled “Pather Pratibha” to spread joy and enliven the lives of underprivileged street children in Srimangal, Moulvibazar.
The main objective of the event on the premises of Srimangal Udayan Balika High School on Saturday (September 21) morning was to entertain and inspire the lives of street children. The main aim of the organization was to make a little smile in their difficult life and give them an opportunity to develop their talent.
In this, the street children get the opportunity to express their creativity through various sports, songs, present educational story telling and question and answer test. More than 50 street children participated in it. Syeda Mehnaz Parveen Ritu, a member of the organization, gave an awareness speech to prevent street children from taking dandy and drugs.

Zafar Iqbal, President of Moulvibazar District Journalist Union, Amjad Hossain Roni, President of Srimangal Upazila for Safe Roads, Jhalak Dutta, representative of Sylhet paper,Daily Kalbela Srimangal correspondent Manju Vijay Chowdhury, Dhaka Post correspondent Yachin Talukder, Eye News correspondent Rupam Acharya etc. All members of the organization were also present.

Our aim is to bring these children into the mainstream of the society.This program titled ‘Pather Pratibha’ is an effort of our organization, through which we want to highlight the voices of these children before the society. We believe that the talent of these children will not only change their lives, but also lead to a positive change in our society.We hope others in society will come forward and stand by these children.”
