On the initiative of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Moulvibazar Municipality, on Friday (September 20) at 3 pm at the DM Community Center of the municipality, house construction materials were distributed among the flood-affected families.

Mayor Hafez Tajul Islam presided over and secretary Murshed Ahmad Chowdhury spoke at the event. Member of Central Working Council and Amir of Sylhet Md. Fakhrul Islam, Shura member of Dhaka Metropolitan North Majlis Maulana Amirul Islam,Moulvibazar District President of Sramik Kalyan Federation Alauddin Shah, Moulvibazar District Unit Secretary Abdul Quddus Noman, Sramik Kalyan Municipal Mayor Alkash Ahmad and other leaders.
In the event, 12 families were distributed one and a half buns of construction materials for houses.
