Bangladesh Government Secondary Teachers’ Association Moulvibazar district branch initiated the human chain.

On Wednesday, September 18, at noon, a human chain was formed at Choumuhna square in the city.

In Bangladesh Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, government secondary teachers held a human chain and strike to condemn and protest the despicable attack on upazila secondary education officers who illegally came to the revenue sector from the project on humanitarian grounds.

Teachers of Moulvibazar Government High School and Ali Amjad Government Girls High School participated in the human chain.

Teacher Abul Ala Md spoke in the hour-long human chain. Maudud, Manju Mia Sarkar, Mamun Rashid etc.

The speakers demanded exemplary punishment of the attackers and drew the attention of the Secondary and Higher Education Department to ensure that the upazila education officers from the scheme outside the rules cannot occupy the rightful posts of government secondary teachers.
