Bangladesh Scout Kulaura Upazila Branch Scouts started the journey by announcing the full committee. This committee was announced by all the members of this committee on Thursday, September.

Later, the meeting was conducted under the editorship of General Secretary Md. Zainal Abedin and President Md. Abdul Qadir Roni.

They said that the activities of this group were in the past year 2015, but since the leadership was vacant for some time, the activities of the group became a little unorganized. At present, the activities of the group have been restarted at the initiative of all X Scouts. Each of them requested the cooperation of all from Bangladesh Scouts to the upazila level.
The leaders of the executive committee of the group are President Md. Abdul Qadir Roni, Senior Vice President Rifat Islam Mahi, Senior Vice President Asaduzzaman Shanto, Vice President Jewel Islam, and Vice President Md. Sipan Ahmad. Vice President: MA Moktadir Chowdhury, General Secretary Md. Zainal Abedin, Associate General, Editor Rokeya Sultana Keya, Associate General Secretary Billal Hossain, Associate General, Editor Tanveer Ahmed Abir, Treasurer Md. Tahmidur Rahman. Executive members: Md. Suman Ahmad, Md. Sabbir Ahmad, Ziba Akhtar Iba, Fatema Akhtar, Lichi Begum, Momina Akhtar, and Maher Ali Al Sidrat Rakib.

After the discussion and announcement of the committee, the new president of the organisation, Roni, and general secretary Zainal distributed sweets among all.
