Koysor  Ahmed (28), was arrested from Khalilpur area of Moulvibazar district with 400 pieces of yaba.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of DB led by SI Abu Nayeem arrested him from Sherpur freedom fighter compound of Khalilpur union of Sadar upazila on Friday (October 18).

A total of 400 pieces of pink-colored yaba tablets were seized from two polybags inside the shirt and pants of the arrestee.

Md Ashraful Islam, officer-in-charge of Moulvibazar DB, said: "The arrestee is Koysar Ahmed, a resident of Jakiganj area of Sylhet district. He used to collect drugs from the border area of Sylhet and sell them in Moulvibazar. A case was filed against him with Moulvibazar Sadar Police Station.
